Book The Elevator

Service Request
All service requests will need to be sent to contact@equium.ca and in case of emergencies call 403-265-4431 press 9 then 1 and 1.
Visitor Parking Registration and Access
Access for visitors to the underground parking: For security reasons, you the homeowner must use your garage fob from the front door of your building to open the overhead garage door for your visitors.

Please be advised: There is a maximum of 3 days parking for visitors. If an extension is required, please contact the site manager.
Book A Meeting Room
Meeting Room Information
The meeting room must be booked with the site manager 5 business days in advance. A $250 damage deposit is required when booking the meeting room. If the damage deposit is paid with a cheque, please ensure the cheque is made payable to the corporation (CCN #1410091). Please see below for site manager contact information. Meeting room keys will be provided once the damage deposit has been received.
Meeting Room Hours: Open 24hrs/7 days a week.
Meeting Room Access: Key fob
Please leave the room clean.

Garbage Information
Please take all garbage and recycling to the trash compactor located on ground floor of your building. A fine will be levied to the unit owner if anything other than household refuse is left in the garbage room, under no circumstances should garbage be left on the floor.

Appliance Information
Gym Information
The gym will be operational once all residents have moved into their building. Please note there is a gym in each building but your fob will only work in your own building.
Gym Hours: Open 24hrs/7 days a week.
Gym Access: Key fob for your building.
Please wipe down equipment when you are finished, and leave the room clean.
